This initiative to the artistic sector will be granted through contests in three different areas: scholarships for artistic training abroad in the fields of visual arts, performative arts, and music (a total of 600k Euros); support to the creation of original works of art in the fields of visual arts, cinema, dance and theatre (350k Euros); and support for new exhibitions in France (200k Euros) via the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Paris. The applications are open to every Portuguese artist working in national territory and to private non-profit institutions of artistic production.
