The Summer Laboratories are intended for artists or groups from the district of Braga, residents or nationals, who propose to develop work in the fields of image, sound, performance, interactivity, music, dance, or a cross between the areas previously described.

The works will be developed, in the format of an artistic residence at gnration, for two weeks in August. This initiative offers 1500 euros per project, production support for the implementation of the projects, and also the possibility of a later presentation at the Centro Internacional das Artes José de Guimarães (CIAJG).

To apply, it is enough to send a description of the artistic proposal, associated technical and production requirements, biography and portfolio of the authors, document proving residence in the district of Braga, and declaration of commitment to developing the project at gnration's facilities, in one of the working periods of the competition.

The open call ends on May 22nd, and the winners will be announced on June 3rd. Registration is done here.
