How can the cultural and creative industries help to overcome the new challenges we face? And how can national and local governments relieve the short and long-term effects of this crisis on the creative industries?

To discuss these and other issues, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) is organizing the third edition of the Summer Academy of Cultural and Creative Industries and Local Development. The initiative, taking place in a virtual format due to the effects of COVID-19, aims to stimulate the exchange of experiences between participants, specialists and professionals from different areas related to the creative industries. The Summer Academy of Cultural and Creative Industries and Local Development 2020 takes place between 27 and 30 April.
