The Museum of Archeology D. Diogo de Sousa hosts a collection that illustrates the oldest occupation of the Minho region, from the early days of human occupation to the High Middle Ages. With a permanent exhibition hall, it has a temporary exhibition space, as well as an auditorium, a library and a restoration laboratory.
