Over the last five years, the Master's Degree in Media Arts at the University of Minho has been a space for exploring art, communication, and digital technology as vehicles for artistic construction and expression.

In the 2025/2026 academic year, the course will welcome a new group of students committed to deepening their knowledge of Media Arts in one of UNESCO's creative cities in this field. With a strong theoretical and practical component and benefiting from a close relationship with the city's cultural spaces, the course offers its students the opportunity to explore the field of digital arts, develop ideas and artistic proposals related to the area, and bring their work and projects to the public.

The new class will be welcomed this afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at gnration, one of the city's spaces that welcomes students, their proposals, and master's degree events on different occasions. Braga Media Arts wishes all students a good start to the new academic year.

Created in 2021/2022, the Master's Degree in Media Arts is the result of a partnership between the University of Minho and Braga Media Arts, as part of the action plan as a UNESCO Creative City.
