The interior of commercial electronic products is usually made in a way that is barely perceptible to the user, comparable to a black box about which little or nothing is known.

Although the hardware ofthese systems belongs to a specialized area of electronics, it can be manipulated and transformed artisanally to develop new visual and sound devices through the strategies of hardware hacking and circuit bending. In this experimentation station, participants are invited to explore the hacking of video consoles to create and manipulate visuals and sounds, through the modulation of different connection points within the electronic interior of the consoles.
