Curtinhas - Curtas Vila do Conde
Cinema and audiovisual dominate children's daily lives. Therefore, film education is fundamental for a correct perception of the world and the manipulation of images. For this, Curtinhas was created, the section of Curtas Vila do Conde - International Film Festival where children and teenagers are the most demanding audience. The schedule of this mini-festival is made up of a competitive section, for ages 3, 6 and 9 years old, where the jury is made up of children.
The "Curtinhas" extension focuses on training, raising public awareness and bringing children and young people closer to the cinematographic universe and, this year presents a selection of films that make up this festival competition, dedicated to the youngest, and composed of small and fun films designed for the whole family.
