Guided by Marcelo Ferreira, VFX supervisor at Nu Boyana Portugal, this BMA lab will explore visual effects as delicate and powerful narrative tools. Through concrete examples, we'll go through the historical tragicomedy It's the Enemy's?, directed by Alexis Morante. This work, inspired by the story of Spanish comedian Miguel Gila, will serve as a reference for understanding how visual effects can construct inner universes, evoke memories, and fragment the perception of reality, expanding the cinematic experience beyond the obvious.
