Things in the world change faster and faster. New electronic devices are invented all the time to make our lives easier and faster. Smaller and more functional things give way to larger ones. Along the way, many inventions are no longer used and are put away in the drawers at home - who can remember walking down the street with a discman or a walkman? All these things are no longer part of our daily lives, but they still exist (in our drawers, admittedly) and often become inconvenient waste-objects that survive in natural habitats. What if we could reuse these machines from the past and give them a new life?

In this workshop, we will use outdated devices to create a unique new device that will give us information about our environment through sound.

WE! EXPERIMENTATION WORKSHOPS

Destined to the school public, the WE! Experimentation Workshops are the place to roll up our sleeves! Here we build robots, we are musicians and capture sounds, we experiment with light or voice.

This season, the WE! Experimentation Workshops will take obsolete objects and give them a new life. Let's open the trunk and make music with what we no longer use?
