Artificial Intelligence (AI) is believed to be a key driver of the 4th industrial revolution that will transform the economy and reinvent the nature of our lives and work. In this training, we will see how AI can be used in a classroom context. Aimed at teachers of any subject (from mathematics to physical education) - since AI is everywhere - the training ranges from learning about how AI works to how it can be used to promote learning, to understand concepts, and to develop relevant skills such as critical thinking.
Professor at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Spain, Gregorio Robles is the coordinator of the Erasmus+ funded project "Fostering Artificial Intelligence at School". He has been actively working in the field of promoting computational thinking skills in schools for more than a decade and has participated in several initiatives to make life easier for teachers (and their students). Robles has also collaborated in the development of the assessment tool "Dr. Scratch".
